Cabin Guidelines

These guidelines are items which pertain specific to our guests renting Lodging Units.
Please review our General Campground Guidelines as well.

Check-In time is 4 p.m. Check-Out time is 11 a.m. If you intend to arrive before 4 p.m., please notify our office and we will make every effort to have your cabin available. However, we can not guarantee it's availability until 4 p.m. We ask that you honor our Check-Out time promptly to minimize hardship on our housekeeping staff and the next guests arriving. "Check-Out" means leaving the campground by 11 a.m. Late Check-Out is Not Available.
Deposit: The total amount due will be taken as a deposit at the time the reservation is booked.
Per Person Fee:
   Ages 4 to 64 = $8/person per night.
   Ages 65 up = $4/person per night (half price).
   Ages 3 and under = FREE.
The Per Person Fee is to cover the various amenities in the park. It allows our guest to enjoy the mini golf courses, Yogi's Water Zone, outdoor movies, some activities, etc. without having to pay for each amenity individually.
Cancellation Policy:
   CAMPSITES: We will return your deposit minus a $30 service charge if you cancel FOURTEEN (14) or more days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel THIRTEEN (13) days or less of your arrival date your full deposit is forfeited.
   HOLIDAY CANCELLATIONS: We will return your deposit minus a $30 service charge if you cancel THIRTY (30) or more days before your arrival date. We do not refund holiday deposits on cancellations made TWENTY-NINE (29) days or less of your arrival date.
Please make sure you schedule your holiday reservations carefully.
   NO SHOWS: Guests failing to contact us to cancel their reservation (with the required time, listed above) will be considered a 'NO SHOW'. 'NO SHOWS' are subject to the same cancellation policies.
WEEKEND MINIMUM: There is a two (2) night minimum reservation required for all weekends during Peak Season (Memorial Day Weekend thru Labor Day Weekend).
HOLIDAYS/SPECIAL EVENTS: There is a three (3) night minimum reservation required for all holidays and special events. 2010 Holiday Rates Apply To:
   Memorial Day: May 29 to May 31
   Independence Day: Jul 3 to Jul 6
   Labor Day: Sep 4 to Sep 6
   Cranfest: Sep 24 to Sep 26
DAMAGES: We will charge you for any damages to cabins (inside and outside) and/or it's contents. Your credit card will be charged immediately if damages are found.
NO SMOKING. Smoking is not allowed inside or on the porch of our cabins. Evidence of results a $100 fine posted immediately to credit card.
Pets are welcome but must be kept on leashes or inside at all times and must not be left unattended. Not all cabins are 'Pet-Friendly' cabins, please make sure you book a 'Pet-Friendly' cabin if you require one. Pets are not allowed in any buildings or the pool area. They can not be left outside, or on a cabin porch in a 'Pet-Friendly' cabin. They must always be on a leash and walked by a responsible person to pick up after them immediately. Pets not allowed in or near any buildings, bathrooms, pool, waterslide or playground areas. They are prohibited due to health codes.
A maximum of two (2) pets per campsite/cabin are allowed. No aggressive breeds permitted to include but not limited to Dobermans, Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Mastiffs due to requirements of our insurance.
Visitors: Your visitors are always welcome at Jellystone Warrens, as long as they register at our Ranger Station. Registered guests and their visitors are expected to read and adhere to all campground guidelines. A copy of these guidelines are presented at time of Check-In for your signature. All your visitors must register, pay Day-Use Fees, if applicable, and leave resort by 10 p.m.
Recreational Vech: No Battery operated vehicles nor motor-driven cycles, bikes, scooters, or golf carts are to be driven in the park. Only licensed drivers over the age of 18 may operate any licensed, insured vehicle/cart in the park. This is strictly enforced due to our insurance requirements, plus the enjoyment and the safety of everyone in the park.
Forms of Payments: We accept Visa, Master Card, cash or money orders. Sorry no checks.

Camping is an outdoor experience, therefore
we do not give refunds due to whims of Mother Nature.

The Management reserves the right to refuse service, limit the length of stay and the number of persons or vehicles per site and/or evict any person or party without refund.
Park staff are not allowed to work on guests' RVs.
