S'more Turtles

from Kraft Foods

A Southern variation on the outdoor classic s’more. Smooth, rich caramel and pecans make this treat taste like the classic candy ‘Turtle’.

  Cook Time: 5 minutes  |  Yield: 1 s'more
Ingredients
1 Caramel
1 Graham cracker (broken cossswise in half [2 squares])
1 Chocolate candy kiss or 1/2 chocolate candy bar
1 Marshmallow
4 Pecan halves

Instructions
1. PLACE caramel on one of the graham squares. Place on paper towel or microwavable plate. Microwave on HIGH 15 seconds or until caramel softens slightly. Flatten caramel slightly with finger.
2. PRESS tip of chocolate candy into marshmallow. Place on caramel, chocolate side down. Microwave on HIGH 15 seconds or until marshmallow puffs.
3. TOP with pecan halves and remaining graham; press together lightly to flatten. Let stand 1 minute or until chocolate is melted.
