Our experienced Wedding Planner will guide you through the details to make your wedding day…one you will never forget!

Steps to Happy Wedding Planning:

Pick two or three dates that you would like for your wedding reception. Confirm these dates with the church before meeting with Three Bears Resort.
Begin making a rough guest list to determine the number of guests for the wedding reception and the number of guests from out of town for the guest rooms.
Discuss with groom and parents the type of wedding you want to have (buffet, plated or reception).
Begin setting your budget.
Meet with Three Bears Resort to select a date and then confirm this date with your church/clergy.
Sign contract with Three Bears Resort and mail in deposit to hotel two weeks following your date being selected.
Mail out save the date cards to your out of town guests!
Begin organizing other vendors (cake, flowers, photographer, etc).
Make yours, your families' and wedding party's room reservations. Do you have our Honeymoon Suite reserved?
Two months prior to your wedding date have the menu and all of your wedding reception details finalized with Three Bears Resort. (You can always talk with me sooner too!)
One month prior to your wedding date, all guest rooms not reserved in your wedding room block will be released.
72 hours prior to your Reception meet with your Wedding Planner to give her your Guarantees, Make your Final Payment and Drop Off any Decorations, Cake Knives, Glasses, Napkins, Favors, etc.
Assign a Family Member to pick up your Gifts and other Personal Wedding Items at the end of the function to take them home for you.
