Guidelines
Guest Guidelines for a Great Stay
At Jellystone Park™ Warrens, our guests are known for their kindness, courtesy, and spirit of fun. Whether you’re here for a weekend adventure or a full-season escape, these shared guidelines help create the safe, clean, and family-focused experience we’re proud of.
Wristbands
-
All guests must wear their park-provided wristband during their stay.
-
Wristbands help us ensure amenities and attractions remain exclusive to our camping guests.
-
Guests not wearing a valid wristband will be asked to stop by the Ranger Station so we can get them checked in and back to the fun.
Campfire Fun Done Right
-
Campfires are welcome in the designated ring at your site.
-
Please keep flames at a safe, cozy height—no bonfires or oversized fires.
-
Fire bans may go into effect during very dry conditions.
-
For the health of our forest, outside firewood isn’t allowed. Firewood, color-flame packs, and fire starters are available at the Ranger Station and Front Office.
Sharing the Outdoors
-
Store food and coolers securely—this helps protect our wildlife and your snacks.
-
Please avoid leaving food, trash, or pet bowls outside overnight.
-
We provide dumpsters throughout the park for easy disposal.
Enjoy Responsibly
-
Guests 21+ may enjoy alcoholic beverages at their campsite.
-
When you’re strolling around the park, please use a koozie or another non-breakable, non-glass container.
-
Glass is not allowed in or near aquatic areas.
Welcoming Visitors
-
Visitors are welcome! All visitors must check in at the Ranger Station upon arrival.
-
Day-use fees may apply depending on the time of day and amenities used.
-
Visitors must follow all campground guidelines and depart by 10:00 PM.
-
Visitor wristbands are required while onsite.
-
Day-use passes are not available on holidays or sold-out weekends.
Keeping It Clean
-
Please empty gray and black water only at your site’s sewer hookup or the dump station.
-
All sewer connections must be tightly sealed using a rubber donut or threaded fitting.
-
Generators are not permitted—our full-hookup sites provide reliable power.
-
Please bag and tie trash before placing it in dumpsters.
-
Dispose of charcoal in your fire ring once fully cooled.
Family First — Always
-
Kids have the most fun when a trusted adult is nearby, especially at the pool, lake, playground, and activities.
-
Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all water attractions.
-
Helmets are required when biking or scootering around the park.
-
No bike or scooter riding after dark—please carry a flashlight at night for safety (and for spotting fireflies!).

We want all guests to be able to enjoy the park comfortably:
-
Guests with disabilities are welcome to bring a personal golf cart with a valid handicap placard and proof of insurance.

The placard holder must be with the golf cart anytime it’s being used. If the cart is operated without the placard holder, it will need to be parked and cannot be used for the rest of the stay.

Water attractions operate from Memorial Day through Labor Day, weather permitting.
Weather-Related Water Attraction Closures
For the safety of our guests and team members, pools, splash pads, lakes, inflatable water attractions, and other water features may temporarily close due to weather or environmental conditions.
Attractions may close for:
• Lightning or thunder
• Severe weather
• Heavy or persistent rain
• High winds
• Unsafe air or water temperatures
• Other conditions that may impact safety
Following lightning or thunder, water attractions will remain closed until conditions are safe and at least 30 minutes have passed since the last observed lightning or thunder.
In some cases, attractions may remain closed for extended periods due to ongoing weather conditions or forecasts predicting unsafe conditions throughout the day.
Rain Check Policy
If water attractions close due to weather, rain checks may be issued based on the time of closure.
All rain checks are valid for use anytime during the current operating season (same calendar year) and are non-transferable.
Our team closely monitors weather conditions and will reopen attractions as soon as it is safe to do so. Guest safety will always be our top priority.
Our social media outlets will have current updates.
